Hi there, this time last week I was not in Willenhall or the West Midlands, healing or giving treatments. But in Wales doing a 7 hour walk in Ystrafeltde at the Pontneddfechan Waterfalls. Waterfalls are known for health benefits, not only does a walk in the great outdoors lift the spirits and allow you to breath some wonderful fresh air, but it they also give off negative ions.

Negative ions what are they? ‘Negative ions are odorless, tasteless, and invisible molecules that we inhale in abundance in certain environments. Think mountains, waterfalls, and beaches. Once they reach our bloodstream, negative ions are believed to produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress, and boost our daytime energy.’

I had a wonderful day, and enjoyed meditating near one of the 7 waterfalls I saw that day left me feeling very peaceful, happy and calm. Topping up my dose of nature. It was quite a trek and although at times (mainly the uphill bits) I found myself questioning why why why. Over all it was a lovely day, good for my heart, my body and friendship. Go on drag a friend out for a long walk out in nature.
