Hi folks, like many others this month, I got myself at the gym to work on fitness and to help increase my serotonin levels. I am very lucky that I have the time and motivation (at the moment) to get to the gym and hope it continues.  I am making a date in my diary every few days, which I find helpful in organising myself, and am getting a routine going.
