I recently taught a Meditation inspired class to students who wanted to to tackle their exam stress.  It has always occurred to me that all people o matter how young or old can learn and benefit from meditation.

'Healthy kids are generally bombastic blurs of energy. I’d bet everyone a stack of pancakes that it would be unreasonable to expect their kids to sit still, unstimulated, for five minutes.
