Meditation and Anti Ageing

I have been told many times that I look young for my age (a fine 35 years) I do meditate and now here Huffington post have written about what may have contributed, beside my genes. I do however want to be able to appreciate my age and white hairs and wrinkles as they are part of life.  Meditation can really teach us self acceptance no matter how old or young we look.
